Overview
Luxury Marazion CottageThe name means 'Seawinds' in Cornish and befits this 4 bedroom detached modern property which is south facing and directly overlooks Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount.
The house is modern, light and airy but has the benefit of double glazing and modern central heating for the cooler winters. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with oak floors in all rooms, except bathrooms and kitchen, which are travertine stone with underfloor heating. Accommodation is reverse level to take advantage of the panoramic sea views from all front facing rooms. There are 2 first floor reception rooms with sea views (1 with balcony and seating area) and open plan kitchen diner.
The master bedroom (with ensuite shower/wet room) is also on first floor.
