The Malvern Retreat is set within the beautiful grounds of Treherne House and has been converted from the former stable block and coach house. This contemporary property stands detached and set back from the road and views of the Malvern Hills can be enjoyed from the secluded & private south-facing garden. There is private parking for two cars.
There is a large open-plan living/dining-room with real oak wooden floors and French doors to the beautifully landscaped garden. There is a Farmhouse-style, modern fitted kitchen area with all you need to prepare hot meals, a cottage style Double bedroom, a Twin-bedded room and a modern Shower room with facilities.
The property enjoys Gas Central Heating, 32inch Sony Bravia Digital TV with Freeview, DVD Player and CD Player. There is a cooker, microwave, a barbecue for the summer, travel cot & high chair. The Cotswolds are only about a 30-minute drive away, Cheltenham & Birmingham Airport/NEC are about a 45 minute drive. Malvern Train Station is a 2-minute drive away and from there you can travel to London Paddington in less than 3 hours.
There is excellent varied walking from the doorstep, and you might want to explore other places of interest including the riverside town of Upton-upon-Severn, the cathedral city of Worcester, Eastnor Castle and the market town of Ledbury. A 10-minute walk leads to local shops and pubs.
By Road to Treherne House:
Take Junction 7 from the M5 and follow the brown tourist signs for Malvern & The Three Counties Showground. At Powick take the first exit, the B4224 (still following the brown tourist sign to The Three Counties Showground); carry on for about 4 miles until you see a signpost for Malvern 4.5 Miles. This road (B4211) leads through Guarlford Village towards Great Malvern, we are 3.5 miles along this road 500 Yads past the Green Dragon Pub on the Left Hand Side set back from the tree lined road. You can see the Malvern Hills directly in front of you on the approach to the house.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
