Large 1100 Sq Ft, newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom apartment located in a brownstone building in Midtown Manhattan. There are only 3 apartments in the building, with one apartment per floor in this walkup. Located on a very quiet top floor near all transportation. Buses in front of the building, subways two blocks away, gym across the street, 15 movie theaters one block away, supermarkets two within 1 block, all types of restaurants.
