This delightful one bedroom apartment is situated in the resort of Torrox Costa, only 5km from Nerja on the Costa del Sol.The beach,on the Mediterranean Sea is only one minute's walk, and there is also a private pool and tennis court.The 1km promenade runs the whole length of the beach and has Spanish, English, German, Italian, and Mexican restaurants. There is a playground for children and bars for the adults!Buses go to nearby towns such as Nerja or Frigiliana. Or national buses will take you to Granada, Cordoba, and many other places of interest.A holiday in Torrox Costa has something for all, whether you want a quiet winter break, a base from which to tour,or just to relax on the beach.The climate is the best in Europe with 300 days of sunshine a year.You will not be disappointed!

Situated in the coastal resort of Torrox Costa, the apartment is on the sixth floor of an eight storey block on the second line from the beach. It is less than five minutes walk to the beach, pool, tennis court, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop and taxi rank.

Amenities & services
As you enter the property, immediately on you right is a cupboard for coats with space for one suitcase. On you left is the American style kitchen with oven,hob,sink and draining rack, storage cupboards containing basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, condiments etc. Further storage cupboards contain, crockery and glassware, with drawers below for cutlery. There is a toaster, coffee maker and a kettle, and a fridge with freezer compartment.
Opposite the kitchen is a shower room with power shower, wash basin in vanity unit, and storage cupboards containing towels. The laundry drying rack is also kept in here.
The living room has a sofa bed which is easy to set up and sleeps two adults. There are two easy chairs,a tv,radio cassette player, large sideboard containing local information leaflets in a drawer and bedding in the cupboard below. There is another smaller cupboard empty for guests' use.
The dining area is a windowed balcony with views of the sea and the mountains. There is a table and seating for 4. There is also a smaller coffee table.
The bedroom has two pull-down single beds with storage underneath. The large cupboards contain more bedding. The ironing board is kept in here, but there is no iron.
In the large cupboard is a child's travel cot, and guests must provide their own linen for this.
