Charming Victorian Brookfield bed and breakfast is superbly situated close to the main town of Keswick. Brookfield B&B is inspected anually by the "Accomodation Inspection And Advisory Service (AISA) and has membership of both "Cumbria Tourist Board and Tourism Assocation. Upon your arrival you will be served tea or coffee and biscuits in the Victorian decorated dining room, for you to unwind after you journey. Ronnie can give you advice on walks and drives around the Lake District. Guests have easy access to all of Keswick's superb attractions including the iconic Alhambra Cinema, the renowned Theatre by the Lake and Keswick's many specialist shops, cafes and pubs and inns. No need to worry about parking in Keswick, parking is adjacent to the B&B. Perfectly situated for walkers, the guesthouse sits just one mile away from Castlerigg stone circle and is close to stunning Lake District peaks such as Skiddaw and Blencathra. We're also perfect for cyclists, offering cycle storage facilities and easy access to the C2C Cycle Route.

The B&B benefits from a stunning garden, which looks out towards Latrigg and superb views. Guests are welcome to relax in our light and spacious ground floor dining room. Ronnie, the owner, is a fully trained chef so you can be sure of a breakfast that is of the highest standards. All rooms are ensuite and individually decorated with showers, tea and coffee making facilities and colour TV's. We welcome children, and cots and high chairs are available upon request. Full English Breakfast is inclusive and vegetarian alternatives are available. Packed lunches can also be provided, and pets are also welcome by arrangement only. For all bookings @ Brookfield at B&B a, debit or credit number is required as a security deposit. In the event of cancellation within 3 days of the booking, or a no show the first nights accommodation will be deducted from your card. Final payment can be made by debit card with no commission, or by credit card with 2% commission added to the final total, or by cash or cheque payable to Brookfield.
