Yellow House is situated just ½ mile beyond the village of West Woodburn near Otterburn, in the heart of historic Northumberland.
The accommodation has recently been renovated and boasts three spacious en-suite bedrooms, dinning room and a sun lounge with beautiful views across the garden and down to the River Rede.
The surrounding Northumberland countryside is a paradise for walkers and horse riders (stables and grazing available) with miles of bridleways and public footpaths including the nearby Pennine Way.
You may prefer to relax in our garden, followed by a five minute stroll to the village where you will find a traditional country pub.
Whether you come to the Redesdale area of Northumberland to relax, tour, walk or as a base for a riding holiday, you are assured of a our best attention in a friendly tranquil atmosphere.

Yellow House is situated ½ mile from the A68 at West Woodburn. Heading North along the A68 turn right into lane immediately after the Bay Horse Inn. Turn first right, follow the signs and the river to Yellow House.
Travelling South on the A68 continue to the village of West Woodburn a few metres passed the village sign turn left into the lane and follow B & B signs along the river.
Should you arrive into the area along the A696 continue to Otterburn then in the village turn onto the B6320 along the Otterburn Mill Road towards Bellingham (it is the only road to the West side of the village) - 1½ mile further you will join the A68 where turning left and approx 3¼ mile south you will arrive at West Woodburn.
We can supply transport from Newcastle International Airport which is approx. 25 miles South of Yellow House, also from Hexham & Corbridge rail stations if required.
