Our modern luxury holiday home has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms all heated.

The modern fully fitted kitchen includes cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. All crockery and utensils are also supplied.

A comfortable dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and leads through to the spacious and modern lounge.

The lounge has generous seating and includes a TV and DVD player. We provide a selection of films on DVD together with various family games and books.

Outside there is a personal parking space and a patio area to enjoy the summer evenings.

We are ideally situated for numerous days out in the Lake District including Windermere cruises, Brockhole visitor centre, South Lakes Wild Animal Park and Holker Hall Country House. Further a field are Wordsworths Houses at Grasmere, excellent shopping at Barrow or Lancaster, a steam yacht on Coniston or walking in the Cumbrian Mountains.
