This 2 bedroom fist floor apartment is situated on the historic Beacon in Exmouth, South Devon. The apartment enjoys 180degree sea views overlooking the beach, Lyme bay, Dawlish Warren and the Exe estuary, through the glorious first floor bay window.

Self catering ,the apartment sleeps 4, has a main lounge/diner with west facing bay window (so you enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evenings), kitchen (also with lovely sea views), bathroom with bath and shower, main bedroom (double bed) and second bedroom with two bunk beds. The apartment does have a strict no smoking and no pets policy.

Digital TV, radio, HI-fi, telescope, washing machine, dryer, microwave, off peak storage heaters.

The Royal Beacon Hotel with Fennels restuarant and Donato's (the most established Italian restaurant in Exmouth) is only 30 metres away.
