With stunning views of the East Devon coastline and the Exe Estuary, our newly refurbished Luxury Coastal Apartments are located a very short walk from the seafront. They are all furnished to a superb standard and feature flat screen televisions, DVD players as well as washing machines/tumble dryers, full kitchen facilities - all the things you need for a comfortable stay including private parking.

Our short or long term apartments offers the visitor so much more; more room, more privacy, more comfort, plus the option of being fully serviced if required. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished to a very high standard, the apartments are overlooking the beach and are within a short walking distance to the town centre.

Exmouth is only 10 miles from the M5 motorway and just 6 miles form the A303. There are numerous water sports close by, with fishing and boat-trips operated from the Marina. There are kiddies attractions, beautiful nature walks and interesting places to visit; with the estuary being listed by the RSPB as a protected sanctuary

We have a choice of apartments available The Beach apartments are situated in the most enviable position to enjoy unobstructed views overlooking the beach, Lyme Bay and surrounding countryside. The town apartments are very close to the town centre and within easy walking distance to the harbour and the sandy beach. There are three, large one bedroom apartments, plus a two bedroom Penthouse, which has fantastic views over the adjacent gardens to the sea and surrounding countryside.
