Overview

A recently renovated,privately owned, extended 300 year old cottage in a village location. The cottage sleeps 2-6 adults with two double bedded rooms with views over the Somerset levels. The third bedroom is fitted with adult size bunk beds. All rooms are furnished with pine wardrobes and cabinets
The kitchen is well equiped with modern electrical equipment plus a large fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine/ dryer and micro wave. There is a large range type cooker using both gas and electicity.
The dining are is bright and will seat 6 people this is adjacent to the kitchen and looks out over the garden area.

The bathroom has a bath with power shower and a hand wash basin. There is also an electic razor point.

The lounge has a traditional low ceiling with an open wood burner fire. The room is extemely comfortably furnished. There is SKY TV, Music Centre, DVD and VCR
players with a selection of music and fims available. There is also a small range of books and games for your pleasure. A pay telephone is also available.

There is a small garden with a raised patio. Table and chairs for six people and sun shade.

Located in a small historic Somerset Village with the Mendip Hills on one side and the Somerset Levels on the other. Centrally positioned for the sea (12miles) the country all around, Cheddar Gourge (1.5 miles) the City of Wells and it's Cathederal (5 miles) shopping in Bristol or Bath within 30 miles. The cottage is close to the local store/post office also within walking distance of very pleasant country pubs.
