LOCATED IN ILFRACOMBE'S CONSERVATION AREA, WITH MANY ORIGINAL FEATURES AND SUN TERRACE

The apartment has been equipped with newly fitted furnishings, to a high standard and is a modern contemporary style, whilst maintaining many of its original features with wood beams and stonework. It is within walking distance to all of Ilfracombe's amenities.
Situated on the second floor and arranged over two floors, the apartment offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 double with single bunk above. Travel cot also available. Full kitchen facilities with breakfast bar seating, cooker, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining room off the kitchen with seating for 6. Highchair available. Family bathroom, with WC and corner bath with shower over. Living room, with sea glimpses, is approached via a staircase, and includes TV, DVD and hi-fi. Just off the living room is a comfy snug area, ideal as a children's living room/play area, with futon as extra seating/sleeping for 2. Outside offers a suntrap roof terrace approached via narrow steps and offers a table and seating, with distant views of the harbour and beyond. Also outside, there is storage for wet suits, boards, etc. Parking by permit (provided) minutes away. Bed linen, towels (not bath sheets), electric and heating included. Beach, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance.
The apartment is available all year round and is available for short breaks.
