This is self-catering with a difference; all the cottages have log-burning stoves in brick inglenooks, as well as electric heaters and night storage heaters. The fitted pine kitchens include fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier as well as a full range of other equipment. There is direct-dial telephone, radio, DVD player, remote control television (with 13 channels). Beds are new, large and comfortable; linen and towels are provided. Each cottage has its own sitting area (many have secure terraces) - barbecues and deck chairs are available.

The cottages range in size from one to four bedrooms and are clustered at two levels of the complex - five at the lower level and eight around the courtyard, with the main amenity areas set between the two levels. Amenities include a large indoor heated swimming pool, Spa bath, Sauna, well equipped gym ,under 5s playroom and games rooms with table tennis, table pool, table football and a full size snooker table.
