Overview
Waters Edge is a comfortable, modern 3 bedroomed bungalow, furnished to a high standard and well equipped for 5 people. It is set in a peaceful valley on the banks of the River Inny on a small, select development of similar properties. Parking spaces are allocated to each property and the communal gardens are beautifully kept. The kitchen, lounge and dining area is open plan with oak flooring throughout. The back door gives access to the private patio which overlooks the River Inny. This is more of a stream than a river but is a peaceful place to sit and watch a great variety of birds and the cows and sheep in the meadow opposite.
The bedrooms are all carpeted and are separated from the lounge area by an inner lobby. The beds will be made up for your arrival. A hand towel and a bath towel are provided for each guest but we would ask you to bring your own beach towels. There is electric heating in all rooms making it an ideal retreat in the cooler months. Electricity is included in the price. A tennis court is on site and tennis racquets and tennis balls are provided. We aim to greet our guests on arrival so we can make sure that the accommodation meets with approval. A welcome tray is provided for all our guests and we are also willing to provide a breakfast pack if required.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
