Very comfortable sitting room with open fire. Dining room. Small well equipped kitchen with laundry room. First floor half landing: Bathroom/W.C. (shower attachment). Separate W.C. First floor: Double bedroom with 5' 8" bed and ensuite shower room/W.C. Twin bedded room. Second floor: Two twin bedded rooms. The sandy surfing beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock lie close by and, across the estuary, the Elizabethan mansion of Prideaux Place and attractive fishing port of Padstow (famously the setting for Rick Stein's restaurants) can be reached by foot ferry and car or by bicycle along the Camel Trail from Wadebridge (10 miles). Excellent choice for a holiday in St Isaac, Cornwall.
