Overview

A large secluded modern farmhouse property in 5 acres of countryside. Close to the major resort towns of Falmouth, Helston, Truro, Penzance and Newquay.This lovely home is not far from the beautiful Helford River, Porthleven and the Lizard peninsular which is the most southerly point in Britain.We have a large indoor swimming pool with Roman End steps for easy access, commercial size hot tub in its own log cabin building. Mature gardens with large Koi lake overlooked by a summer house for those balmy evenings with a bottle of wine.The lounge houses the home theatre with a 7 x 5 foot screen with surround sound.
For those winter evenings we have a great log burner that will have you opening the doors and windows when in full glow.There is a secure car park at the rear of the property. For lovers of Spring water forget buying the bottles we have our own delicious supply filtered by 100 foot of granite.
