Character cottage on the Devon/Cornwall border with a large private garden, overlooking the river Tamar. Families and pets welcome, close to the beach and moors, with excellent nearby facilities for outdoor pursuits (cycling, surfing, sailing, walking etc) and access to nearby private nature walks (winner of Devon Wildlife Trust Gold Award).
