Location & area

From Newcastle and A1;- take A69. At Wylam/Stamfordham junction follow signs for B6318 & Chollerford. Travel west towards Chollerford on B6318, past the reservoirs. 500 m after the Robin Hood Inn take right to Moorhouse (narrow road). Turn right at next T junction. Go past Hadrian Pet Hotel and after 300m turn into our drive (signed) opposite cottages.
From West:- at Errington Arms roundabout, junction of A68 and B6318 Miltary Road/Hadrians Wall, head towards Newcastle on B6318. After 3.5 miles you come to the left turn to Moorhouse (ignore turns to Matfen: we are 2 miles out of the village). Then, as above, past Hadrian Pet Hotel.

Our House is a family home where we have lived for 22 years. It is well decorated and furnished with high quality pieces and pictures. Two of the rooms are en-suite and the other two share a bathroom (though we don't let to people who don't know eachother. We pride ourselves on the quality of the linen and towels etc. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities.
