Overview
Very close to the centre of Chester, and just across the road from the entrance to Chester Race Course, this modern apartment is ideally located. Adjacent to the apartment block is a children's play area which is overlooked by the Historic Chester City Walls.
The accommodation consists of an open plan living/dining area, a well appointed and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has twin beds with en-suite, the second bedroom also features twin beds and is adjacent to a good sized family bathroom.
Designated parking is provided for one car. Bed-linen and towels are supplied. All services are included in the rental.
In the interests of all guests, we have introduced a No Smoking and No Pets policy.
This is a first floor apartment and no lifts are installed. Access is via stairs.
