Victoria Guest House is an extremely clean and comfortable Victorian house close to the city centre. It has Seven well furnished bedrooms. There are family, twin and double bedrooms, most with en-suite facilities. All rooms are equipped with a TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Most rooms are en-suite or with private facilities or shared facilities. Decor is of an excellent order with well throught out and practical furnishes. Beds and linen are of a very good standard enhanced by quality curtains.
Good space is provided and housekeeping, like the rooms, is of a very high standard. Magazines and books add light relief.
Tourist information is informative and well presented. Good levels of accessories are provided.
Colour TV, radio, alarm clock, menu, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities.Our guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast served in the dining room, overlooking "picturesque gardens" to the rear, there we can cater for all your needs. Emma and Duncan strive very hard to offer all their guests a very warm welcome and comfortable stay, which is why guests return to us over and over again.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
