Ground floor: Living room with French doors. Dining room. 2 steps down to kitchen with French doors and tiled floor. First floor: Utility room. 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet. Second floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double (four poster) with additional single, 1 twin with sloping ceiling, 1 single. Shower room with toilet.



Woodburner in living room (initial fuel inc). Gas CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. T/cot. H/chair. DVD. Elec Range. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Tel-incoming calls only. Enclosed blocked paved garden with terrace and furniture. BBQ. Parking (2 cars). No smoking please. Friday to Friday. NB: There are 2 steps to the garden.

There is also off road parking at the rear and an enclosed block paved garden to enjoy. Step back in time and have a donkey ride or take in a Punch & Judy show. Experience the 'olde worlde' village charm of Broadstairs itself with its quaint streets, a plethora of varied restaurants and bars to choose from, and interesting, individual shops to browse around. Come and celebrate the annual Dickens Festival and the Folk Week - one of the leading folk festivals in the south east. Stretch your legs and cycle the Viking Trail - Broadstairs was where the Vikings once landed and was the haunt of smugglers. Follow the coast round and visit Ramsgate, Margate and Sandwich, famous for its golf course. Shops and pubs within 250 yards.
