Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet. Second floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double (four poster) with additional single, 1 twin with sloping ceiling, 1 single. Shower room with toilet.



Woodburner in living room (initial fuel inc). Gas CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. T/cot. H/chair. DVD. Elec Range. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Tel-incoming calls only. Enclosed blocked paved garden with terrace and furniture. BBQ. Parking (2 cars). No smoking please. Friday to Friday. NB: There are 2 steps to the garden.

Come and celebrate the annual Dickens Festival and the Folk Week - one of the leading folk festivals in the south east. Stretch your legs and cycle the Viking Trail - Broadstairs was where the Vikings once landed and was the haunt of smugglers. Follow the coast round and visit Ramsgate, Margate and Sandwich, famous for its golf course. Shops and pubs within 250 yards.
