A family run hotel, all en-suite. Located just off the Promenade in the centre of Blackpool.
We are only 5 minutes walk to central pier, the sea, beach and promenade.
We are a 10 minute walk from Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle WaterWorld,south pier, all shops,Sealife Centre, Coral Island,theatres,Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower,Pubs,Restaurants and Nightclubs. We are open all year.

Follow the M55 to the very end following signs to South Shore.
Keep in the right hand lane approaching the roundabout (Mercedes car showroom on right) go straight over on to Yeadon Way.
Stay on this road which will take you to a small roundabout and a TOTAL petrol
station on your left - go straight over.
And at the next roundabout go straight ahead underneath the flyover on to seasiders way, passing Blackpool football club on your right.
Turn right at the mini roundabout and veering left on to Sands Way.
At the end of this road turn left onto Rigby Road and then second right is Tyldesley Road, We are halfway down on the left.
Blackpool North Station - jump in taxi which are outside or about 20 minute walk. Turn right from station head towards the seafront. Turn left south. Keep going till you pass the central pier which has the big wheel on. Turn left at Reflex Bar then right Tyldesley Road we are the first hotel on the right.
