Here at Yardley Guest House we aim to provide warm, homely and comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices. We have recently refurbished and have 14 modern bedrooms, all with television and tea/coffee making facilities and the majority with shower/wc.Enjoy good home cooking in tasteful surroundings or take advantage of some of the many restaurants within easy reach, including local pub grub. Alternatively sit back and relax in our beautiful furnished guest lounge or wander down to the historic 13th century church in the village of Old Yardley. We are a family business and take great care of all our guests whether long term, weekend or just overnight. We have ample secure off-road parking both front and rear. Also there are excellent local bus, taxi and train services easily available. We are within easy access from M42, junction 6, situated off the main A45 Coventry Road.We are by Birmingham Airport,
Birmingham International Railway Station,National Exhibition Centre NEC &Birmingham City Centre.If you like to shop we are not far from Birmingham city centre and Solihull town centre.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
