Overview

Villa Mimoza is a large roomy detached property. Its position on a hillside gives spectacular views of the sea and stunning sunsets. There are 3 double bedrooms with twin beds, 2 bathrooms with showers a large kitchen and lounge. The hall on the ground floor which can also be used as a seating or dining area leads out to a fully covered terrace with ample room for a table and six chairs. Steps lead down to the mature terraced garden and a shady paved patio equipped with a BBQ and sunloungers. The modern kitchen is equipped with gas hob and small electric cooker. There is a spacious fridge freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. Ample amounts of crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. On the first floor in addition to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom is a sunny decked area with Turkish style cushions for relaxation. There is an air conditioning unit on the landing.Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Please note that guests should take their own beach towels

Location & area

Villa Mimoza is situated about 50 minutes from Bodrum Airport between the town of Yalikavak and the village of Gumusluk on a mature complex of similar properties.

The complex has 3 supervised swimming pools one of which is a couple of minutes walk from the villa. There is also good sea bathing off the two beach areas , part sand part concrete and from pontoons. Free sunloungers are provided at all bathing areas.

Also on the site is a well stocked shop with free deliveries to properties. The restaurant and beach cafes provide a range of meals snacks and drinks.

Frequent free transport operates between the facilities on the complex. A complimentary bus service also runs to the colourful open air market in Yalikavak and to the local supermarket.

Yalikavak is a small lively town with attractive harbour, marina and beach areas and a good range of bars and restaurants.
The setting of Gumusluk is idyllic and famous for its waterfront fish restaurants. The main town on the peninsula is Bodrum, about 20 minutes by car, which provides shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife to suit all the family.

Cheap and frequent public transport (dolmus) is available from the complex to all parts of the peninsula and further afield.

In the vicinity there are activities to suit all the family from day trips to the Greek island of Kos by ferry or to quiet secluded coves on a Gulet.

Bodrum boasts an aquapark, castle and museum. Sea fishing and water sports are readily available.

Colourful outdoor markets are a great local feature and the many sites with ancient ruins, Ephesus is the most important are within easy reach.

Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged.
