Overview

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped, including bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels), having three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third a single bed with a second pullout mattress. All bedrooms have doors onto the balcony. The shower/bathroom is upstairs. Downstairs is open plan with a dining area, sitting area and kitchen area. There is also a cloakroom downstairs.
Equipment as follows: Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board with iron, hairdryer, kettle, are all there for your use together with outside table and six chairs and three sun loungers.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms, should you need them.
The complex is in a very quiet area and only 200 - 250 metres to the beach and nearest restaurants.

Only 45 minutes from Bodrum airport, 20 minutes from Bodrum Town and within 30 minutes from most places on the Peninsula, Yalikavak is well situated. Local buses run to most places. The Greek Island of Kos is just a 20 minute ferry ride from Bodrum
