Overview

This new luxurious penthouse apartment sits high on a hillside in the Geris region of Yalikavak and has stunning panoramic sea views of Yalikavak bay and the Greek Isles beyond.

The sea is in such close proximity that we guarantee you will be in awe of the views that can be seen from every South facing aspect of the property and which offer possibly the best unobstructed views in Yalikavak.

The apartment itself is one of only three penthouses on a small select development of individually designed properties which have been built to a very high standard and which offer luxury, style and privacy.

Yalikavak centre and its wonderful beaches, pretty harbour and variety of shops, cafes and restaurants is just a short bus ride away.

Inside the apartment is extremely spacious and has a generous entertainment terrace for outdoor living. All the fixtures and fittings are to high specification and include an Italian manufactured fitted kitchen, with cream granite work surface; designer wash basins in both bathrooms and travertine marble tiling throughout.

Taxis are an alternative means of local transport and are very reasonable. A one-way trip during the day and up until midnight costs '4. After 12pm the cost is '7.50.
