Very well maintained 3 bedroom villas: 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds. Chairs in living room can be turned into beds. All comfort: airco/heating, tv,dvd,dishwasher,microwave,washing machine,fully equipped kitchen, sheets,blankets,terrace loungers, garden furniture, bbq,... Wonderful sea views with sunset upon the sea, villa's are just 50m from swimming pool, 100m from public transport. Villa's have several front/back terrace and roof terrace, balcony, large garden. 3d Bedroom is accessable from seperate entrance and has it's own bathroom. Beautiful nature area, no mosque nearby, nor hotels or disco's. A 5 minute drive takes you into the sparkling town of Yalikavak, with its beautiful promenades, bars and restaurants and of course the prestigious yacht harbour. 40 minutes from Bodrum airport, 25 minutes from Bodrum city.
