The village of Uzumlu is one of spectacular natural beauty, set in a vally surrounded by dense pine forests and rugged hillsides.



Villa Poppy is situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with exceptional views over the valley, as Uzumlu is 500m above sea level the cool mountain breezes are more than welcome especially in the summer. The traditional village of Uzumlu is a short walk away and has managed to retain all its natural charm.
The bustling town of Fethiye is a 20 minute drive away down an excellant road or can be reached by local dolmus.



Fethiye is an all year round working town and here you will discover a beautiful harbour area, cobbled streets, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in which to sit and watch the world go by.



The nearest beach is Calis which is also 20 minutes away. Here also you can enjoy shopping or eating in one of the many restaurants watching the magnificant sunsets.
