Set in the mountains above Ephesus, just 15km from the beaches of the Aegean, lies the little village of Sirince, one of the most beautiful villages in Turkey.
Surrounded by olivegroves, vineyards and peach gardens, Sirince is a peaceful place where Turkish village life and traditional customs can be seen.
Honeysuckle House is next to the restored church of St John in the heart of the old village. Built in 1802 the house is a listed historical building. Sleeping up to 5 people it makes a comfortable and characterful holiday home and bed and breakfast.

Sirince is situated in the Aegean region on the west coast of Turkey, 75km south of Izmir, and 35km away from the popular resort of Kusadasi. The journey from Izmir airport takes about 45 minutes by taxi and from Bodrum airport about 2 hours. Pick up by taxi can be arranged when booking.
Sirince village is reached by a narrow mountain road from the town of Selcuk. From Selcuk coach station a minibus travels every half hour to Sirince, a journey of 8km.
Selcuk has a coach station where coaches stop from Izmir to the north and Bodrum to the south, both of which have international airports. Selcuk also has a rail connection to Izmir.
