Overview

The property has a basement room with two double single beds and a wet room with patio leading to the swimming pool. First floor has fully equipped american kitchen/lounge with patio doors leading onto the balcony which overlooks the communal pool and downstairs wc. Second floor has family bathroom, family bedrom with double and two single beds and another single bedroom. Third floor has a single bedroom and another double which leads onto the roof terrace with lovely views over towards the national park.

Prices are dependent on minimum or maximum capacity, when enquiring please state how many people will be staying and how many are children and the prices will be altered accordingly.

A 150GBP deposit will be refunded after checking for breakages etc.

The property is situated on Ladies Beach, Green Beach is close by where you will find watersports, scuba diving, snorkelling and swimming with cafes on the beach.

Ladies Beach is a short stroll away with a blue flag beach and a promenade lined with shops, bars and restaurants

The town centre is a 10 minute dolmus ride away, dolmus stops outside the complex and taxis are also available

The ancient site of Ephesus is a 20 minute dolmus ride away, another 5 minutes by dolmus will bring you to Selcuk where you will find the museum with artifacts from Ephesus, St Johns Basilica and the 13th century Isa Bey Mosque, then have a stroll around the small village with its whitewashed houses.
