Overview

We have 6 apartments for rent on the Ladies Beach Magnolia Apartments.
The site is consisting of 2 blocks each with its own pool area; there are only 9 apartments sharing a communal swimming pool on the first block, and 12 apartments sharing a communal pool on the second block. The site is gated and there is security.
Each of the apartments has shutters, and are fully furnished, and consist of an open plan kitchen, a good size living room, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The balconies are spacious and are overlooking the communal swimming pool.
There is a supermarket open all year round in 200 meters, and the bus stop is in 50 meters only.
