On the first floor there's a living room with a modern open plan kitchen, a communal bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe. This bedroom has access to the balcony. Living room and bedroom doors lead to the large front-balcony. Kitchen has built-in fridge and dishwasher.
