This private villa is situated in ladies beach with a huge swimming pool with a separate childs pool,shop,games room,pool bar.
10 min. walk to ladies beach or 5 mins on the bus which stops on the site every 10 mins
the town center is 10 mins. ride with a bustling nightlife and great shops .
it is only 30 mins. from two water parks, ADALAND,AQUA FANTASY,,a great day out for all the family.
the villa is air conditioned

the villa is fully equipped with sat.tv,fridge freezer,microwave,hob,dishwasher etc
2 covered patios for relaxing and dining area
The villa
Please note this villa has never been used as a holiday let before,but was in fact a family home for the past two years hence the high quality of furnishings and fittings
The ground floor consists of a large open plan living,dining,and kitchen area,shower and toilet.
First floor are three double bedrooms,family bathroom with walk in shower.
There is a fourth bedroom on the third floor but this is not advertised as it has no air con and can get very hot in the summer.
Transport and additional information
Getting to the villa could not be easier as we have a great local taxi driver who speaks fluent english to collect you from either airport to the door,details available on request

Please note.....despite the fact it is still in the 80s in October it is Turkish culture to close the pools on most complexes during the first week of October.
