The luxurious four-bedroom Villa Soveda not only has a spectacular infinity pool, it also has its own private waterfront and beach platform – providing a perfect blue link to the sea and the bay below.

This beautiful villa has spectacular waterfront location with its private access to the sea. The views are absolutely stunning and the sunsets are indescribable.

The three-bedroom +en suite guest room(located infront of swimming pool with large terrace)enable to sleep 8 guests in considerable comfort with the spacious sitting room, outdoor pool terrace and beach platforms ensuring there is more than ample room for guests to relax in privacy. Needless to say, every room takes full advantage of the scenery.

Steep steps lead down to the private beach platforms where guests can relax in the shade of the rocks, or swim in the aquamarine waters of the peninsula lagoon.

Whenever you can tear yourself away from this glorious villa, the attractive harbour town of Kas is a five- to-ten-minute drive away . Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive, taxis are easily called or local dolmus services running through-out the day & night every half hour.
