Overview
Villa Sophia sets new standards for Kalkan holiday accommodation. A very modern, spacious and contemporary 2 storey apartment defined by it's incredible uninterrupted ocean and mountain views from the large terraces, balconies, and through the full width glass terrace doors and large windows. Villa Sophia is air-conditioned throughout. Solid oak furniture,leather sofas,marble floors and beautiful lighting epitomise the cool,sophisticated and luxurious character of this property.
Villa Sophia has been designed to provide the very best Holiday home accommodation for our guests in Kalkan. Large 3.2 metre full height glass doors leading from the lounge to the large terrace frame the uninterrupted views of the meditterranean sea, mountains, and islands beyond. A second 3 metre window in the living area opens up expansive views of the harbour, ocean, and mountains.The large, separate kitchen( 160 square feet) also enjoys stunning views, and of course is fully equipped as you would expect, including granite work surfaces,dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, cooker, gas hob, microwave, Gaggia coffee making machine, and everything else you need for a culinary feast or just coffee and croissants on the terrace.
Downstairs, a 3rd wet room bathroom, dressing area with wardrobe and drawers serves guests using the sofa bed.
On the first floor, the large master bedroom suite has 2 balconies with uninterrupted ocean and mountain views, dressing area with triple oak wardrobe, and wet room bathroom with power shower. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 provides spacious accommodation, with twin beds, dressing area, balcony with uninterrupted ocean and mountain views, and wetroom bathroom with power shower.
Around the circular swimming pool, there is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the panoramic sea views. Teak sunbeds and cushions are supplied around the pool for exclusive use of Villa Sophia guests.
Flat screen satellite television with 27 english channels, dvd player, extensive DVD library, and sony HIFI system provide entertainment when needed.
