Overview
Villa Pearl is an outstanding , spacious, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa, with private freshwater pool and incredible ocean views. Fully air conditioned and with en-suites and sea view balconies to all bedrooms, this truly is a luxury property. Outside is a beautiful stone mosaic dining terrace with 3 architect-designed sails for shade, a separate barbeque terrace and a traditional Turkish Ottoman seating area, providing plenty of space to sunbathe, swim, dine and entertain. Villa Pearl is very well located in the heart of Kalkan's historic old town, just 3 minutes walk away from kalkan's beach, shops and
restaurants.
Villa Pearl has been designed and constructed to reflect its location in Kalkan's historic old town. The 4 large bedroom suites on the first and second floors all have their own good sized en suite bathrooms with power showers and furnished balconies with ocean and mountain views. All bedroom suites feature ample hanging and storage space, bedside tables and a dressing table and mirror.
Downstairs the large open plan living area comprises a hall way, dining area, spacious kitchen, lounge area and a 5th bathroom complete with shower. Double French doors lead out from the lounge area directly to the swimming pool terrace. Large leather sofas, beautiful contemporary lighting and stylish furniture give the living area an elegant holiday home feel.
There is satellite television, with 21 English speaking channels, DVD player and a JVC Hi FI system together with a good selection of DVD's, board games and books to enjoy.
Outside is a beautiful stone mosaic dining terrace with 3 architect-designed sails for shade, a separate barbeque terrace and a traditional Turkish Ottoman seating area, providing plenty of space to sunbathe, swim, dine and entertain.
