Villa Palmera is well located for spectacular panoramic sea and mountain views from all over the property and terraces. The outside space is excellent with a built-in stone barbeque and fully furnished dining terrace;- perfect for evenings spent at the villa enjoying alfresco dining or simply a bottle of local wine and maybe the company of new found friends.

The design of this Kalkan villa gives it a touch of grandeur with large columns which stretch to its full height and a quite stunning and very spacious large central covered balcony with full sea and mountain views; a great space to enjoy at any time of the day.

Villa Palmera is fully air-conditioned and the accommodation, arranged over 3 floors is light and spacious, feature stone walls add character and underfoot the cool stone flooring is a welcome feature in the heat of the Kalkan summer weather. The open plan design of the living space offers plenty of space for dining and and relaxation, and yet another perspective of the wonderful sea and mountain views.

The kitchen is separated by a stone arch and is equipped with everything you need to create either a delicious feast to enjoy outside on the dining terrace on a warm summer evening or a croissant and coffee on your balcony in the morning.

The luxurious Master bedroom suite is quite a feature of this property. It occupies the whole of the second floor and comprises a large bedroom with Ottoman sitting area, fully fitted dressing room, and a very spacious marble ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and twin basins. The built in Jacuzzi with marble mosaic tiling and magnificent views of the turquoise coast through large picture windows is pure indulgence and make this Master bedroom suite very special indeed.

There are two further, well appointed bedrooms on the first floor offering plenty of space for guests both with en-suite bathrooms and sea view balconies.

Villa Palmera is located in the historic harbour town of Kalkan, an enchanting place in one of the most beautiful locations on Turkey's gorgeous Mediterranean coast.



Kalkan bay will take your breath away. Its crystal clear Turquoise water, and mountains that rise steeply behind it provide a dramatic and beautiful backdrop in which to enjoy your stay. Kalkan has not been touched by mass tourism, and as a result remains unspoiled, upmarket and very charming, with amazing views at every turn.
Strict building codes ensure the towns historic preservation, and the many fine restaurants contribute to the special atmosphere that brings back visitors time and time again.



Narrow cobbled streets that wind away from the harbour with bougainvillea covered wooden Ottoman balconies and historic architecture are typical of the old town, and the warm Turkish hospitality will stay with you long after your holiday is over.

Right beside the swimming pool, the fully furnished dining terrace is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor eating with the Mediterranean sea in full view. It may well entice you to buy some fresh local ingredients, light the bbq and enjoy the Kalkan sunset and a bottle of wine. There is plenty of space to sunbathe around the swimming pool and wooden sunbeds, comfortable cushions and umbrellas for shade are supplied for the use of our guests. There is car parking outside the villa.
