Overview
Villa Ottoman Garden is a beautiful, spacious, 4 bed, 4 bath villa in Kalkan with spectacular sea & mountain views. The villa is light and airy with plenty of doors and windows to afford spectacular views to the old town and the bay. The main entrance opens into an open plan living space incorporating lounge seating and TV area and a large well-equipped kitchen. Access to the town, beach, shops, bars and restaurants is only 3 minutes away and yet the property is in a peaceful location - the best of both worlds!The accommodation at Villa Ottoman Garden is arranged over two floors and incorporates all the practicalities for a supremely comfortable holiday with beautfiully decorated light and open living spaces. The overall style blends understated contemporary furniture with some rich Ottoman accent colours in the soft furnishings.
This 4-bedroomed villa (4 en-suite) comfortably sleeps 8 or 10. Guests can enjoy generous outdoor space, sunbathing around the private swimming pool, having lunch in the shade outside the living room, or chilling out in the Ottoman area surrounded by bougainvillea and hibiscus. The principal rooms have breathtaking Mediterranean views and all bedrooms have access to outside areas.
Outside is a large private freshwater pool surrounded by stone mosaic terraces, a generously proportioned shaded dining terrace and a quite stunning Ottoman seating area, from which the villa takes its name. This 'chillout' zone is furnished with cream cushions and fringed with bougainvillea under the shade of a carob tree with lovely views of Kalkan bay. Beautiful mood lighting makes this area a perfect place for early evening drinks, perhaps with new friends, watching the sun go down.
SPECIAL NOTE: This villa is adjacent to Villa Ada Manzara (sleeps 7) so would be ideal for two families or large parties wishing to be in neighbouring accommodation.
