Overview

We are delighted to add this new property (one of two identical neighbouring villas) to our collection for 2010 availability. Built by Kalkan's leading construction company, this property is in an excellent location, making it easy to get into town, but also offering lovely sea views as well as peace and quiet. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with a garage underneath the property providing secure parking. There is extensive use of traditional stone walling around the villa, reflecting its situation in a mature Olive Grove.

The master bedroom suite of 25 square metres occupies a whole floor and comprises a large shower room with double basins, a good sized dressing room, bedroom, and balcony. A further double bedroom and 2 twins all offer en suite bathrooms and large sea view balconies.

At around 250 square metres, Villa Alisia provides plenty of space for a large group holidaying together. Fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished, the accommodation arranged over 3 floors offers 4 large bedrooms, all of which have very good sized balconies with sea views and en-suite bathrooms, and an open plan living area on the ground floor. The living area around 60 square metres and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a step down to the lounge area, with large glass doors and windows that allow light to flood into the space and make the most of the views. There is access directly from the lounge area to the swimming pool and dining terrace beyond. A large screen LCD satellite television is located in the lounge area.

Villa Alisia is located in the historic harbour town of Kalkan, an enchanting place in one of the most beautiful locations on Turkey's gorgeous Mediterranean coast.



Kalkan bay will take your breath away. It's crystal clear Turquoise water, and mountains that rise steeply behind it provide a dramatic and beautiful backdrop in which to enjoy your stay. Kalkan has not been touched by mass tourism, and as a result remains unspoiled, upmarket and very charming, with amazing views at every turn. Strict building codes ensure the towns historic preservation, and the many fine restaurants contribute to the special atmosphere that brings back visitors time and time again.



Narrow cobbled streets that wind away from the harbour with bougainvillea covered wooden Ottoman balconies and historic architecture are typical of the old town, and the warm Turkish hospitality will stay with you long after your holiday is over.

There is plenty of space for sunbathing around the private swimming pool, and wooden sunbeds, cushions, umbrellas for shade and Turquoise Collection beach towels are provided for our guests. The shaded dining terrace looks over the pool towards the sea and mountain beyond, and is a lovely place to catch the early morning sun. A garage with secure parking is located underneath the property, and has direct access to the villa via steps. Villa Alisia is located close to some of Kalkan's best hotels, and we have arranged for our guests to use some of these facilities with no charge.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
