Overview
Villa Fosa, located between Kalamar and Kalkan bays offers spectacular sea views, spacious well equipped accommodation for 8 people and good access into Kalkan centre along the largely flat Kalamar road, at around 12-15 minutes walk.
Villa Fosa is great for relaxation, whether sunbathing around the large private swimming pool, enjoying early morning coffee as you watch the sunrise from the roof terrace or dining alfresco as you watch the sun go down on another perfect day. This villa has lots of external space with an extra furnished raised terrace, again with sea and mountain views.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, with the master bedroom suite with Juliet balcony, en-suite and private roof terrace occupying the entire top floor.
Two further bedrooms, a twin and a double are located on the first floor, both with ensuite shower rooms, and sharing a large wraparound balcony, with plenty of space to enjoy the views out to Kalamar and Kalkan bays.
The open plan living area on the ground floor connects well to the outside space through large glass doors at the front which also flood the space with light. Feature stone walls and quality furnishings give the property and elegant and comfortable feel, and the fully equipped kitchen offers the opportunity for serious cooks to experiment with fresh local ingredients for a real taste of Turkey. A dining area and bathroom complete the living accommodation. The property is fully air-conditioned and stone floors are cool underfoot in the heat of the summer.
Terracotta pots planted with bougainvillea and borders with Oleander add colour and scent to the garden and terraces, and the large swimming pool has plenty of space around it for guests to sunbathe and take in the views. A particularly nice feature is the furnished raised terrace with gazebo, a great place to enjoy a book and the amazing views, or your evening drinks whilst the sun goes down. There is a stone barbecue just off the pool terrace, for evenings spent at the villa and a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Sunbeds, comfortable cushions, umbrellas and Turquoise Collection beach towels are supplied for our guests.

Kalkan bay will take your breath away. It's crystal clear Turquoise water, and mountains that rise steeply behind it provide a dramatic and beautiful backdrop in which to enjoy your stay. Kalkan has not been touched by mass tourism, and as a result remains unspoiled, upmarket and very charming, with amazing views at every turn. Strict building codes ensure the towns historic preservation, and the many fine restaurants contribute to the special atmosphere that brings back visitors time and time again.
