VILLA ALEXANDER,Kalkan, Turkey is a brand new luxury five bedroom villa with 5 en-suite bathrooms.
Completed in Spring 2008 this is a beautiful, spacious,Interior Designed luxury villa just 250m from the sea. We have stunning sea views from ALL rooms and because of our position you will enjoy sunshine from early morning until late evening.
Villa Alexander's crowning glory is a vast top floor master suite with open plan marble bathroom and walk in shower. With Marble flooring and air-conditioning throughout we have three further bedrooms in the main villa and a further self contained large king size bedroom suite on the lower ground floor, a flight of steps down from the main property.
Accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms,6 bathrooms,Open plan living room & dining room with working fireplace and sofa bed that could sleep a further two children.
Bespoke hand built kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and large island. Granite worktops throughout.
All bedrooms have large balcony space with sofas and sun loungers and stunning views of Kalkan bay and her islands.
There is a large infinity swimming pool for you to cool off in and numerous seating areas with chic contemporary sofas to lounge on whilst enjoying a glass of the very good local wine!.
The property is made of local stone and the exterior of the Villa has arched niches with discreet lighting and flower beds with cascading Bougainvillea, Plumbago and deliciously scented Jasmine.
We provide dining tables,rattan loungers, sun beds,parasols,towels and a BBQ, everything you will need to make your holiday special. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality Bosch appliances and everything you need for an impromtu dinner party. The living room has satellite TV, DVD, i pod dock, telephone and wi-fi access.The dining table comfortably seats 10.

Situated approximately 250m from the sea just behind one of Europe's top hotels, The Villa Mahal (voted by the Sunday Times as having one of the top 10 views in the world) you would share virtually the same view. Villa Mahal is a 5 minute walk away and has a stylish beach club which offers superb lunches and is a great place for afternoon drinks and snacks, if the mood takes you,hop on their free boat taxi straight in to Kalkan harbour.
The season runs from April through to November and there's rarely a day when the sun doesn't shine.
Kalkan is considered to be one of Turkeys most sophisticated resorts and is fast becoming the country's premier resort for private Villa holidays.
It appeals to the more discerning tourist, the kind of visitor who would enjoy Tuscany or the Dordogne..
Kalkan has been likened to a Cornish fishing village, with twisting, narrow cobbled streets,leading down to the harbour.
Carved Ottoman timber balcony's are garlanded with masses of brilliantly coloured bougainvillea cascading to the streets below.
