Kalkan Villa Holidays
This brand new luxury private three bedroom, air-conditioned, detached villa with private pool is ideally situated on the hillside above Kalkan Antalya on the tourquoise coast of southern Turkey. The property boasts magnificent panoramic views over Kalkan Bay to the front and the Taurus Mountains to the rear, yet the town, harbour and beach is still only a 15 minute stroll away. The villa accommadates six in comfort in three en-suite bedrooms, all bedrooms have fantastic views across the bay. The downstairs rooms open out onto a veranda, ideal for al-fresco dining. The villa is tastefully furnished and comes complete with TV, DVD and Hi-fi and the kitchen includes all modern appliances. Outside there is a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun loungers and parasols next to a 30 square meter pool. A barbeque is provided and we even provide a hairdryer and towels for use around the pool, leaving a little room in your suitcase for souvenirs.
As owners we actually live in Kalkan and will be on hand to ensure that the villa is presented in pristine condition, meeting the highest possible standards to ensure you get maximum enjoyment from your holiday at our villa and beautiful Kalkan.
Please note Villa Akdeniz is a no smoking villa. Smokers are kindly requested to light up outside the villa.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
