A very special duplex penthouse apartment. This fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom penthouse apartment nestles in a quiet corner of Kalkan's charming old town and boasts spacious, stylish and comfortable accommodation for 7 with one shower room and one Jacuzzi bathroom.
Anything you need is on your doorstep - Kalkan's harbour, beach and boutiques are minutes away so it is so easy for guests to enjoy all the delights of this beautiful resort. Local supermarkets are very close by and there is an abundance of good restaurants within a short walking distance. Nothing you need is far from reach. Ada Manzara is simply in the best location!
The internal decor of this penthouse is delightful. The colours are fresh but warm and everywhere feels light and spacious and has been beautifully furnished with carefully chosen furniture.
This penthouse has a spectacular roof terrace where guests will undoubtedly spend many hours enjoying the magnificent panoramic views of Kalkan bay and harbour. To maximise this potential the area has been furnished to a very high standard with outdoor quality sitting room furniture in warm tones complete with coffee table, a 3-metre parasol, a glass top dining table (seats 6), sink and fridge unit and BBQ. There is separate storage on the roof terrace supplied with safe outdoor glasses and serving dishes for guests' enjoyment.
The roof terrace is a vantage point which will give pleasure at any time of day but one of the most spectacular moments is when the sun sets across the bay and then slowly the sky darkens and gives way to the moon. The terrace is lit at night by hanging lanterns.
During the heat of the day guests can take the short flight of steps down from the apartment to the ground floor where there is a generous swimming pool shared by just 3 other apartments. 6 sun loungers with thick cushions and parasols are provided for the use of Ada Manzara guests.
