Overview

This beautiful villa is in an ideal location within easy walking distance of Kalkan village.
The views of the sea, the mountains and the town are uninterrupted as there is nothing build to front nor to the sides of the villa therefore it offers complete privacy as it is not overlooked by any other property. The mature gardens are well tended and include a hammock for your relaxation and the large terrace has beanbags and hand made wooden sun beds with thick matresses. There is plenty of space for relaxation.
Inside the villa you will find contemporary furnishings in the spacious, cool lounge and a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are very large and beds are made up with pure cotton sheets for your comfort. The top bedroom also has a roof-top terrace spanning the full length of the villa with absolutely stunning views.

Location & area

Set within and olive grove and only a four minute walk to Kalkan town. The nearest mini supermarket is 2 mins away. The nearest restaurant 1 min. Bread, milk etc can be found in a little shop across road.
We can arrange transfers for you through a local company at competitive prices. We can also arrange car hire if you wish, though the location of the villa does not make this vital.

The pool and garden are maintained daily by our very friendly gardener Kadir who is always on hand to help you.

Kadirs wife cleans the villa on a weekly basis. If you would like any extra cleans this can easily be arranged.

The villa is very well equipped and furnished luxuriously. If there is anything you find you need though, we have a manager on hand to assist you and cater to your needs.

With over 150 restaurants in Kalkan, many of them roof-top, we offer a rough guide to help you make your choices.

Also there is a bbq available for your use.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
