Overview
Completed in May 2004, this spacious and luxurious villa for 6 people is privately owned and has been designed, built and furnished to an extremely high specification. The villa is particularly well equipped both internally and externally with total relaxation and comfort in mind and includes a large private swimming pool with views right out to sea.
Of note are the beautiful stone walls and limestone sunbathing and eating terraces throughout, complete with a separate magic garden' created by the property's well-known and respected local builder who prides himself on his craftsmanship.
Internally the villa has cool marble floors and is air conditioned throughout. All windows and doors have heat reflective glass and fitted insect screens. Upstairs bedrooms have balconies with comfortable seating on which to further enjoy the fantastic views. Externally the property offers a BBQ, sun lounges, large umbrellas, dining table and chairs and comfortable seating areas.
