The villa is superbly located actually in Kalkan village, not up the hill side, about 200 yards from the beach and even less from the centre of the main streetThe ground floor accommodates a large, air-conditioned double bedroom with a king sized bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room and a twin bedded room with adjacent shower room, both with direct access to the gardens and terraces. A 9th person can be accommodated in the ground floor double bedroom on a good quality foldup bed, there would be an additional charge of 50GBP per week for a 9th person On the first floor is the air conditioned sitting room, 30 sq metres, with balconies overlooking the bay and the separate kitchen/dining room with an extensive range of units, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with balcony overlooking the gardens and private pool with steps down to the terrace. The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom again with a king sized bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and two balconies overlooking the bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds and ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden and pool with a sea view. You might like to try a BBQ on the third floor roof terrace where dining is magical as the sun sets and the stars come out over Kalkan Bay, the mountains and the village and you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views. In addition there is an attic room with the washing machine, sink and fridge to keep your food and drink cool while on the roof terrace.The villa is surrounded by unusually large private gardens containing a 32 sq m private swimming pool, 4 sq m jacuzzi and terraces where you can sunbathe, dine or sit in the shade under the vine surrounded by bourganvilea, hibiscus and other exotic plants. Kalkan is a picturesque former fishing village on the south west coast of Turkey with the houses rising up the mountainside above the village.



Those who know Kalkan realise how important the location of their accommodation is. Many villas are built on the hillsides that rise steeply away from the town and are a taxi ride away from the heart of Kalkan's old town, where the amenities, beach, restaurants and shops are.



Kulenin Evi could hardly be in a better location. It is 200 m to the beach along the old town streets, and the shops and restaurants of the centre are even closer.
