Overview

The villas were built in 2005 and offer a light, spacious and stylish lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (shower + toilet), a roof terrace, and a wonderful large terrace –with a comfortable, shaded dining area, relaxing lounge-chairs and parasols around your own private swimming pool of 6x4 m (depth: 1.70 m).
Naturally, all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating and we also offer internet broadband access.

Your holiday home is perfectly located: beautifully situated with the village of Kalkan only a 500m walk away.

Thanks to its special location you have a clear view over the town, the bay and the evergreen surroundings.

Smoking is permitted in the villa.

Besides the beaches of Kalkan, there are many different magnificent (sandy) beaches within 20 minutes by car or dolmus ( bus).
Another advantage of the slightly elevated location of the villa is that, thanks to the pleasant ocean breeze, you can enjoy all that the villa has to offer you, even in the hottest summer months.

Location & area

The village of Kalkan is situated in the centre of the Lycian coast and, as a result of the strict local construction restrictions, still manages to maintain its authentic character. Far away from the main Turkish mass tourism destinations, Kalkan is a great starting point for a holiday where the original Turkish lifestyle and the fascinating art and cultural history of this region meet.



The heart of the old town is made up of a tangle of cobbled streets, all leading to the harbour. In the evening the town is closed to all traffic, enabling you to peacefully enjoy the numerous art shops, boutiques, clothes shop, arts and crafts workshops, terraces and especially the beautifully set restaurants.



The cuisines in Kalkan are varied and excellent. Most of the restaurants are set near the harbour or on one of the many (often spectacular) roof terraces, where nothing can stand in the way of a romantic diner. This is Kalkan at its best: accompanied by (live) classical or jazz music, enjoying the breathtaking view over the ocean and the starry night and of course the stylishly served specialties.
