Apartment Viola is located in the brand new Elvina development set in the historic harbour town of Kalkan, an enchanting place in one of the most beautiful locations on Turkey's gorgeous Mediterranean coast.
The Elvina development is brand new for 2009 and comprises 16 spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartments, which have been reserved exclusively for our guests. This resort-style development offers a poolside bar serving drinks and lunch, ample sunbathing space with ocean views and the most spectacular swimming pool complex in Kalkan; In addition to the main swimming pool, Apartment Viola has direct access from its terrace to its own infinity pool shared with just the neighbouring apartment;- (Apartment Dina)
The Elvina apartments have been designed to bring the spectacular views that its position affords into the property via large windows and doors. In the living area, glass doors which run almost the full width of the apartment bring the outside in to make the most of the opportunity to dine, sunbathe, read a book or just relax and enjoy the views on the beautiful terrace beyond.
The apartments offer 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, both with ocean view balconies, and on the ground floor, the open plan living area comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and lounge area. The living area is also equipped with a double sofa bed offering comfortable accommodation for 2 further guests.
In our opinion the Elvina apartments offer unrivalled outside space for apartment accommodation in Kalkan. The swimming pool complex is unique in Kalkan in its size and design and is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces with landscaped garden areas and the most spectacular ocean views. By the swimming pool wooden sunloungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas for shade if required are provided for our guests.
The apartments and swimming pools enjoy plenty of sun in their position looking south out to the Mediterranean sea and are one of the first places in Kalkan to enjoy the early morning sun as it rises above the mountains beyond.

Extensive planting and landscaped garden areas make this development particularly attractive, with the use of olive tress, and bougainvillea as well as many other Mediterranean plants.
The perfect place to relax in beautiful surroundings, enjoy some of Kalkan's best views and all within 12 minutes walk of central Kalkan.
