Overview

Apartment Noemi is a beautiful brand new apartment located in the desirable Elvina development. These apartments have been designed to bring the spectacular sea views afforded by their elevated position straight into the property.

The living area is always bathed in sunlight afforded by huge glass doors that run almost the full width of the apartment. Make the most of opportunites to dine, sunbathe, read a book or just relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful pool terrace and Mouse and Snake Islands beyond.

Apartment Noemi offers 2 spacious bedrooms, both with ocean view balconies plus a fully-tiled shower room. One bedroom is double and the second is twin-bedded. The open plan living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, dining area and lounge. The living space is conveniently equipped with a double sofa bed which extends the apartment capacity to 6 persons.
