Overview
Apartment Madelena is located in the brand new Elvina development and has been designed to bring the spectacular views afforded by its elevated position straight into the property.
The living area is always bathed in sunlight afforded by huge glass doors that run almost the full width of the apartment. Open them and start to enjoy outdoor living with the conveniences of the apartment all close at hand. Make the most of opportunites to dine, sunbathe, read a book or just relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful pool terrace and Mouse and Snake Islands beyond.
The apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, both with ocean view balconies plus a fully-tiled shower room. One bedroom is double and the second is twin-bedded. At ground floor level the open plan living area comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, shower room, dining area and spacious lounge. The living space is conveniently equipped with a double sofa bed which extends the apartment capacity to 6 persons.
The Elvina apartments offer an unrivalled combination of private and public spaces making this development an ideal holiday solution for couples and families alike. The outside space is far more generous than you will find in other apartment complexes in Kalkan. The swimming pool complex is unique in size and design and is surrounded by extensive sunbathing terraces with landscaped garden areas and the most spectacular ocean views. Elvina guests also enjoy access to a large communal games room.
In addition to the use of the main swimming pool Apartment Madelena has direct access from its terrace to an infinity pool shared with just one other apartment- Apartment Maia. As all apartments and pools face south they enjoy plenty of sun and additionally benefit from being the first to enjoy the warmth of early morning sun as it rises above the mountain across the bay.
All our guests can enjoy comfortable sunloungers with soft cushions and also umbrellas are available. The poolside snack bar serves drinks and light lunches. Extensive planting and landscaped garden areas make this development particularly attractive. Borders are generously planted with olive trees, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean shrubs.
By the swimming pool wooden sunloungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas for shade if required are provided for our guests and there is also a poolside snack bar, serving drinks and light lunches. Extensive planting and landscaped garden areas make this development particularly attractive, with the use of olive tress, and bougainvillea as well as many other Mediterranean plants.
This a wonderful setting where you can relax in beautiful surroundings, enjoy some of Kalkan's best views and all within around 12 minutes walk of central Kalkan.
