A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment with separate roof terrace apartment situated within a block of 6 privately owned apartments.
The apartment boasts a lovely shared pool and both Sea and Mountain views from the 2 large private balconies which run the whole width of the apartment.
Sleeps 6 with 1 x master bed, 2 x double sofabeds and 2 x single fold-out beds in roof terr (accessed via separate gated stairway).
Rates: Minimum 1 week rental. Please use weekly rate and add additional days where necessary.

The apartment is situated off the Kas road, accessible via an unsurfaced road opposite the petrol station. The main road into Kalkan town runs alongside the petrol station and is steep. Kalkan town centre is a 15 minute downhill walk with many wonderful shops, bars and rooftop restaurants with spectacular views over the bay.

Shared outdoor swimming pool & garden
Not suitable for those with walking difficulties as the location of the apartment is accessed by an unsurfaced road and the walk to Kalkan is a steep descent.
